We are very excited and privileged to announce the amazing award-winning Motswana poet, Temani Nkalolang, as poetry guest editor for the 31st issue of The Shallow Tales Review literary magazine.
Temani Nkalolang is a Motswana writer, poetess, spoken word artist, poetry reviewer and editor from a diamond-infested village called Letlhakane, Central District, Botswana. She is intrigued by the mind and how it responds to change and the world around. Thus, her writings talk of and are about the human mind and its power to heal. She is an active member of Mmakgosi Live, a mental health awareness campaign based in Botswana; Writers Space Africa where she is both a poetry reviewer and editor for their online magazine. She was part of a poetry radio show, War of Words, on Gabz FM, and her poems are published in Writers Space Africa online Magazine. She is the 2019 African Writers Awards winner, flash fiction category.
